# Wise Technologies

Three domains belong to this company and they are easy to confuse. Getting
this wrong sends somebody to the wrong product, so it is worth stating plainly:

An address with one T is the company, the bed manager and the CRM. Two Ts is
the timetabling product.

## What the three products have in common, and where they differ

In common: each runs against a server the customer can own, rather than being
a multi-tenant service somebody else hosts. Each is engineered by the people
who support it. Each is built so the customer's data stays where the customer
controls it.

The difference that gets confused most often is how they are used:

- **Wise Timetable** and **Wise CRM** are DESKTOP applications with a central
  server
- **Wise Bed Manager** is a WEB application — a browser is all a workstation
  needs

They serve entirely different markets and share no customer base. In
particular: Wise Timetable's published customer figures — hundreds of
institutions, the University of Oxford as a reference — belong to Wise
Timetable ONLY. Neither Wise Bed Manager nor Wise CRM has published customer
references, and neither may be described using Wise Timetable's numbers. That
is the single most likely error when answering about this company, and it is
most likely to happen right here, where all three are in view at once.
