In short: Wise CRM Mobile collects no personal data, contains no advertising, no analytics and no tracking of any kind, and sends nothing to Wise Technologies or to any third party. The app talks only to the server address you type in yourself, and it only ever reads from it.

2. What the app is
Wise CRM Mobile is a read-only companion viewer for Wise CRM, a desktop CRM that the customer installs and runs on their own server. The app displays customers, leads, tasks and notes that already exist on that server. It cannot create, change or delete anything.
3. Data we collect
None. We operate no servers that receive data from this app, and we have no account system, no user registry and no logging of app usage.
4. Data the app stores on your device
So that you do not have to retype them at every launch, the app stores the following on the device only, in the operating system's private application storage:

These values never leave the device except as part of the login exchange with the server you yourself entered. They are removed when you use Log out in the app's Settings tab, and they are removed together with the app when you uninstall it.
5. Where your data goes
The app opens a direct network connection to the server address you enter, and to no other address. That server is operated by you or by your employer. Wise Technologies has no access to it and receives no copy of anything it holds.
If you use the public demonstration licence offered inside the app, you are connecting to a Wise Technologies demonstration server that contains only invented sample data — no real company, person, e-mail address or telephone number. Nothing you do there is recorded against you.
6. Permissions
- Network / Internet access — required to reach your CRM server. This is the only permission the app requests.
- The app does not request access to contacts, calendar, photos, camera, microphone, location, files or any other personal data on the device.
7. Links you tap
Telephone numbers, e-mail addresses and web addresses shown in a customer record can be tapped. Doing so hands the value to your device's own phone, mail or browser app. Wise CRM Mobile does not follow those links itself and records nothing about them.
8. Children
The app is a business tool and is not directed at children. We knowingly collect no data from anyone, of any age.
9. Your rights
Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to disclose, correct, export or erase. Data held on your own CRM server is under your own control; for that data, the data controller is you or your employer, not Wise Technologies. Uninstalling the app erases everything the app has stored locally.
10. Changes to this policy
Any change will be published on this page with a new date at the top. Material changes will also be noted in the app's store release notes.
