This system is used for machine vision control of two different types of magnets.
The control takes place on three stations, where magnet orientation, magnet dimensions and surface defects (damage, fragments) are measured. The specificity of the project is the variation in the light reflection of different magnet types, requiring a special image acquisition approach and dark-field illumination.
