Everything it does
The features below are the ones documented in the user manual — the same manual that ships with the program and opens from a button inside it. If something is on this list, it is finished, it is written up, and it is in the build you can download today.
Read the user manual (PDF) — the whole thing, before you install anything.
Customers and leads
- One screen per organisation — address, parent group, language, distributor, product and the free-text blocks, all visible at once.
- Unlimited contacts per organisation, each with role, phone, e-mail, LinkedIn and their own notes.
- Search that never hides your data — jump from match to match with Ctrl+N while the whole list stays on screen.
- Filters that narrow, not widen — country, city, product and keyword combine, and keywords mean AND.
- A mark on the button when a record already carries documents, products, keywords or tasks — the answer without opening anything.
- Convert a lead into a customer in one step, keeping its history, contacts and documents.
Following up
- A three-state view of leads: everything, what has not been touched yet, and what is already in motion.
- Follow-up notes that live on the lead — how to reach them, what was tried, what to say next.
- Registered actions — every call, mail and meeting stamped with date, time and who did it.
- The activity flag turns on by itself when a contact's mail arrives in the shared mailbox.
- Urgent and normal flags, cleared with one button when the thread is closed.
Tasks
- Priority, status and finish date, with the row colour carrying all three at a glance.
- E-mail reminders that do not miss — the alert fires when it is due, or the next time the software runs.
- Visibility rules: a task can belong to one person, to a project, or to everybody.
- Linked to customers and leads, so a task opens from the account and the account opens from the task.
- Comment history, newest first, each entry stamped with its author.
- Keywords and documents on the task itself, not only on the partner.
Notes
- Shared knowledge that is not tied to one customer — process, pricing, how-we-do-this.
- Two filters in one: the keyword list and the user list both narrow the notes and show what is already assigned.
- Restricted notes are not merely hidden from other users — they are never sent to them.
- Font size on the keyboard — F9, F10 and F11 for people who read all day.
- Manual order, so the note that matters stays at the top.
Communication
- Mass e-mail to a filtered set of accounts, with the subject asked once and the recipients shown before anything is sent.
- Throttled and compliant by default — sends are paced so your domain's reputation survives the campaign.
- Incoming mail watched over IMAP: a reply from a known contact raises the flag on their record.
- A full e-mail log, so what was sent to whom is a question with an answer.
Documents and money
- Documents attached to the record they belong to, opened in whatever application owns the file type.
- The active quotation, invoice and contract reachable from one button each.
- Invoiced and paid, per account, with reversal for the entry made by mistake.
- A debtors view — one button drops the list to who owes money and how much.
- Customers you do not invoice — a child of a paying parent dims the whole invoicing block instead of showing zeros.
The team
- Record locking — a record being edited cannot be silently overwritten by a colleague.
- A change log per record: who changed what, and when, with nothing for anybody to remember to do.
- Project jurisdiction — give a person exactly the accounts they should see, without a separate permissions system.
- Administrators and users, with the shared lists locked against deletion and renaming by everybody else.
- An audit mail to the administrator when somebody does delete or rename a shared entry — with the chance to cancel the save.
Your data, your server
- CSV import that merges — it fills empty fields and never overwrites what your team already entered.
- CSV export that round-trips: export, edit in a spreadsheet, import back, matched by record identity rather than by name.
- Custom fields — five text and three numeric, named for your business, on every customer and lead.
- Your own integrations: commands you write, run against the selected record with its data substituted in.
- A licence is a directory on your server. Backing it up is copying a folder; moving it is moving a folder.
- Companion app for Android and iOS, reading the same data with the same visibility rules.

Nothing on this list is a paid tier, an add-on or a plan you have to move up to. There is one build and one licence.
